“Teaching yoga is very special to me,” says Victoria. “It feels good to support others on their yoga journey.” Her classes focus on tending to the breath as students work hard and move their bodies. She hopes that practitioners leave her classes feeling calmer, more peaceful, and more fully aware of the value of self-care. In the world beyond yoga, Victoria admits to loving summer – “sitting outside in the sun, drinking coffee, listening to music at the Winnipeg Folk Festival, and jumping off cliffs at Blue Lake.”
