Our goal is to create space for as many of you as possible in every single class we offer without space going to waste unnecessarily.  To do that, we have a few guidelines in place:

We have expanded our online pre-registation spaces so that all spaces in each class are now available for online registration. You can register for classes up to 7 days in advance.

Even when a class appears to be full, you may, and should, add yourself to the wait list. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the wait list gets automatically added and confirmed for the class. You will receive an automated email or text at this time. Please consider yourself CONFIRMED and therefore responsible for either attending or canceling.

A 3 hour cancellation notice is required and must be done through the on-line system to avoid any and all late/no-show charges. No phone cancellations please. There are two ways we may contact you if you have not cancelled your class. Either an email will be sent to your current email on your profile, or if we have your cell phone number, we can also set you up to receive text notifications. If you unsure if you are set up for text notification, please email us your cell number and cell phone provider (example: Telus, Rogers, MTS).

A No Show charge occurs when you are signed up for a class and, you guessed it, do not show up OR cancel.  A Late Cancel charge occurs when you cancel after that magical 3 hour mark before class.  These charges are $20 for all classes, and we donate all of that money to a different awesome charity each month.

Sorry, but we cannot make individual exceptions.  Just know that you have until 1 hour before the class starts to add yourself in, so you can always wait until you know you can for sure make it to save your spot!

If you aren’t here 10 minutes to class time (we know winter travel can be tough) and there are students hoping and waiting for a spot in class, we will start giving away spots in class to those who are here.
